I've found a replacement parts site for you, which should have the items you need. Alternatively, you can copy the model number/name of the power lead you wish to buy, and paste it in the www.amazon.com search bar. This might help you find a better, cheaper deal.

I just pulled mine apart two screw's one visible the other you have to psuhe the long hair cutter up to find the second screw, and remove genly the two metal hanger across the shaver. lift up the board and there you find a small plastic arm, glue it back to the push rubber button, and it is working again. Be sure it hit the small microswitch on the board.

Good luck....... and thank you philip shaver for ypur great service, we can't complain for there is no service to complain about - no service, only you can buy a new shaver!!!

I've lost the clip that holds the shave head on

The clip (hinge) is not available by itself as a replacement part. It comes attached to the 'head holder'. You will find this part for model HQ7830 at shaveroutlet.com. See link below

I now live in central america and my charging voltage is 110v to 120v, previously in the UK it was 240v. is there any way that you know of to get around this problem to recharge my two batteries ?

If your shaver is model HQ7830 as indicated in your question, it's charging cord has the ability to charge from 100-240V. You may need a simple plug adapter to fit the wall outlet but that should be all you need

Hello. My HQ7830 on/off switch has stopped

This is a Quadra Action model and this is somewhat common. Most likely, the actual switch is not the problem. More likely, the problem is the plastic post that is between the button you push and the switch inside. Open up the shaver to take a look at it. The clear plastic post is probably either broken and loose inside or has gotten out of position ans is not making contact with the switch.
Replacement parts for this are no longer available so your only hope is to rig the plastic post somehow so that it will make contact with the switch. I've never had any good luck in doing this. It is possible that you may have to replace the shaver.

Dropped it and now it won't switch on!

It would appear that the jolt broke a connection inside. If this is the problem, the leads between the circuit board and motor would be the first place to check. You will need to remove the back cover to see the insides. You will need to carefully inspect the copper leads that relay power to the motor from the circuut board. Part of the leads are encased in plastic so it can be hard to find some breaks. If you find a break, some simple soldering will repair it
