Looks like the virus has damaged some sensitive XP files, you need to repair XP using the XP CD. The best way to do these is to use the F3 for repair just after you press F8 for the license agreement

If possible, try to run your computer in safe mode. Use Malware Bytes to scan and remove virus. If it won't open as an .exe, try changing it's extension.

Try to restore your system in safe mode.

My laptop cant use in noraml mode and it turns to white

resetart the laptop and choose "Debugging mode". This will show the list of files that loads during the initial boot up and OS starting. Reply with the last file listed before the BSOD.

If the BSOD occurs after the logging, list where it occurs (during the "Starting Windows XP window" or "after the desktop appears but no desktop icons".

Also, provide what OS is on the laptop.

could be a virus

do a system restore if possible to before the issue stated, then run a virus scan (maybe run an online scan in case your installed antivirus has been infected) something like housecall.trendmicro.com

If you cannot do a system restore in full windows, try it in safe mode (tap F8 during boot, select safe mode)

Computer log-on

Boot windows in "Safe" mode by holding F8 key while turning computer on. Choose "Start windows in Safe Mode" option. From this mode, you might be able to return computer to previous restore point. If that doesn't help try running virus scan software or Lavasoft's Adaware, found at; http://www.lavasoft.com/products/ad_aware_free.php
hope this helps
