Question about HTC Desire HD Cell Phone
When you sync contacts with MS Outlook, your computer will read the contact type as a method of determining the type of contact to create. A contact on your phone with a work number listed and a contact name may still populate a business contact. DO this. Take an hour and go through your phone and make sure all your contacts are set up as follows.
Make sure all first names are in the field labeled "first name" Make sure all last names are in the field labeled "last name" Make sure all business names are in "business / company" Confirm all numbers listed are cell / home / pager for personal contacts Confirm Work or Office for others now that you are all cleaned up. go to the "go" menu in outlook and select "contacts" and delete them and try again
