A sum of money was shared between A,B,C so that A received 1/4 of the sum, and the remainder was shared between B and C in the ratio 3:2. Find the ratio in which the sum was shared between A, B and C

A received 1/4. B and split the other 3/4. B got 3/5 of 3/4 and C got 2/5 of 3/4, so B got (3/4)*(3/5) or 9/20 and C got (3/4)*(2/5) or 6/20. Taking the common denominator of 20, A got 5/20, B got 9/20, and C got 6/20. Multiplying everything by 20 gives 5:9:6.

How to log out of facebook sharing

Facebook gives you the necessary privacy controls to adjust sharing on your profile. You can limit how people tag you in photos and videos, stipulate how people comment or share your posts and restrict the ability to share content or make posts to your Facebook wall. Additionally, you can prevent people from revealing your location through Facebook Places, which is especially important when you don't want all your friends knowing where you are. The Facebook Places feature lets you or your friends check in at different locations and share where you are with the convenience of a mobile phone.

Sign in to your Facebook account, go to the "Account" menu and select "Privacy Settings." Go to the "Sharing on Facebook" section and click the "Customize Settings" link near the bottom. Go to the "Things Others Share" section and edit the settings you want to change. Click the "Edit Settings" button for "Photos and videos you're tagged in" if you want to restrict who can see the photos and videos you are in. Click the check box for "Friends can post on my Wall" to deselect the item. When you do this, then your friends cannot post or share items to your Facebook wall. Click "Edit Settings" for the "Friends can check me in to Places" option. On the next screen, select the "Enabled" button and switch it to "Disabled." Click the "Okay" button when done. Now your friends cannot share your location.

Manuel has 6 boxes of chalk having 100 pieces each and 7 boxes of colored chalk having 20 pieces each.he shared equally the colored chalk among his 4 friends. how many chalk does manuel have?

If manuel is sharing the box with 4 friends and himself that is 5 people.
First multiple 6 times 100= 600 chalks/ 5 people. so 120 chalks per person.
Then for colored chalks. 7*20= 140 chalks/ 5 people. so 28 colored chalks each.
In total manuel and each of his friends have 148 chalks each.

This engine offered a 4-inch bore, 3-inch stroke and a compression ratio of 8.9 to 1.

each cylinder should have the plugs removed, and each cylinder should have atleast 150 psi, with no more than a 10% difference between the 8 cyl .

most engines period will cary atleast 90 to 180 psi depending on the number of cyl.
