Take it back to store. Electronice are mass produced in China. Occasionally you get something that wont work out of the box.

How do i know which breaker goes where into my house.

If the installer didn't fill in the label inside the door you're relegated to turning one off and checking what turns off in the house. You can do this by yourself but it's a lot easier with someone in the house to tell you what shut off as you switch off each breaker in the box. Use things like plug-in lamps or hair dryers in outlets to know when they go dead.

We just moved into a new house, and whenever I use

It sounds like it could be one of the following issues:

1. Bad wiring to the bathroom receptacle - this should be a GFCI outlet.

2. There is an overload somewhere on the same circuit - try the dryer with nothing else turned on.

3. The hair dryer may be bad or have a bad cord, plug, etc. Hair dryers can also become plugged (the air inlet screen) and overheat.

4. There could be loose or other bad wiring somewhere in the circuit.

If you are not familiar with working with electricity, it would be best to call a qualified electrician. They are the pros and can correct the problem.

My air conditoner was purchased brand new in 9/09 and I used it approx. 1 week. It has been off all winter and I went to turn it on and it won't work.

Since it worked when you first got it and it's brand new - I would check the electrical breaker that it's on.

Sometimes a breaker will trip for no reason.

An easy way to do this is to plug something else, i.e. a hair dryer into the outlet that the AC is plugged into.

If the hair dryer does not work you know your problem is with the breaker.

If it (hair dryer) does work - then it's a problem with the AC which would surprise me - since it's a new one, and it worked before.

Good Luck!

Brand new Lg dryer 2501, error code ''nP''

I had the same issue with two new dryers. The rep on the phone said nP can also indicate a power issue. It turned out one of the wires in the outlet had broken off. Rewiring the outlet solved the problem.

I had the same problem with mine,, I called the 800# and they told me to either vacuum it out weekly or use a hair dryer to blow out the vents, both solutions seemed to have work for me ~ good luck
