Question about Toshiba 20AS22 20" TV
Your TV has developed a bad flyback transformer. You also will have a bad horizontal transistor. A bad picture tube can contribute to a stressed transformer and transistor. Another reason this TV is on the fritz, you have bad capacitors. Sometimes a bad capacitor will take down the most important ICs in a TV. I would not recommend a repair, as it will be to costly.
