Most appliances use green for ground/earth. See your schematic for specific variation. Or try sharing more info, like what make/model and where the wire you're curious about is found.

The colour codes are as follows:
Brown = Line / Active
Blue = Return / Neutral
Green/Yellow = Earth / Ground
It is likely that the Brown and Orange would be connected together but not 100% sure.

Hi i got a red green and black wire cable and I

Partial solution. Rob's clarification request is very valid, and you shouldn't mess with electrics if you are not completely sure what you're doing. That said, my guess is that you are in Europe (possibly the UK). Confusion can be caused by relatively recent changes in colour codes, so older and newer wires are coloured differently. Basically, red and brown signify "live", black and blue signify "neutral" and green signifies "earth" (or "ground"). So if you are just joining these cables, red goes to brown, and black goes to blue. But what about the green...?  Some machines are designed to be earthed, others are designed to be not-earthed, and it's not clear to me why you have an earth wire in one cable and not in the other. If the green is in the cable that brings power in to the machine, then it should be fixed to some metal part of the machine It can be FATALLY dangerous if you fail to earth a machine that should be be earthed. I repeat, if you are not absolutely sure what you are doing, don't risk it. Anyway, post more details and it looks like there's at least two of us out here who can help you.
