Question about Televison & Video
It is not the picture tube but is a vertical deflection problem. Usually it is a capacitor C246 and this is the location number and is a .47mf And at the same token bad solder connections on the pins of the vertical deflection IC301. Soldering the pins of IC301 is likely to fix the set.
