What you want to try is disconnect your monitor from your video card from the main motherboard that mostly will be in a PCI-e solt on your motherboard connect them back and something else that you can try is to make sure that the button for the monitor menu is not push in and also what you want to make sure it that your monitor cables are connected right not loose or damage and cables should really not be loose on the back of your tower...
