have two options.
1. use the recovery disc to reinstall. This will erase all the data.
2. try BootSuite, burn a boot CD to enter your black screen windows and rescue data first of all and fix the error yourself.

If you getting a blue screen you need to have your Windows Reinstalled. Blue screen means that the operating system is corrupted. You also might need to check the exact message on the blue screen for it also may be caused by your video card or video adapter.
