Question about Cell Phones
Please test your SIM on a working phone and if this is also rejected or refused to activate the service , then your service provider will issue a new SIM with the same number as replacement.
However if the SIM does work on another phone then your phone has issues with the SIM interface. Check and see the SIM card metal contacts, clean them and make sure you insert into the same direction. If not the phone's motherboard has issues and might need an estimation.

Go to service provider office and get the New Sim Card dummmy Sim at same number.
