Hi, I think the problem is that the installation disc is already corrupted. The only solution for this is for you to download the driver or installer from this site:

http://ptf.com/eclipse/eclipse+mp3+drivers/

After you download the file or driver, just install it on your pc and it should word again

Hope this will resolve you problem. Have great day

I formatted my eclipse 28V now not showing any program file how can I restore original setup files

sorry , formatting means all files folders and operating systems are deleted permanently
you have to use an installation disc for the operating system , then use any back up files that you have on an external hard drive to replace the deleted files

I have a Eclipse CD8445 radio. I would like to know if I can plug RCA plugs into the AUX ports to work with my MP3 player and how would I get the radio to Recongnise it

Hi, see page 205 of the manual:

http://www.eclipse-web.com/eu/en/download/manual/cd8445e_e/audio/pdf/8445ae99.pdf

Just plug your player into the RCA inputs and press "DISC MS" until "AUX" appears in the display.

Bought a new MP3 player. ECLIPSE is the brand from Kmart. and it says device isn't installed properly. It didn't come with a disc or anything? What do I do?

Connect the mp3 player to a computer. So, you'll need a download cable if you don't already have one. These cables are easily available at any retail store, and most department store clerks know exactly which cable you need. Next, I would go to eclipsemp3.com on the internet to learn a little information about your mp3 player. Then go to eclipsemp3manual.com to learn how to download software, songs, or what ever you want to put on the mp3 player. Simply follow the instruction for device set-up, once you get connected to the computer, and your mp3 will become installed properly. Have fun with your new mp3 player!!!
