Question about Creative Labs Zen Digital Media Player
Reset the player by holding down the play/pause button and pressing the reset button with a paperclip at the same time. (the reset button looks like a little hole on the side.) This will put the player into recovery mode. Try rebooting the player. if this doesn't work, reinstall the firmware using that option in recovery mode. For more information go to the knowledge base at creative labs for your player.
