Question about Creative Labs Zen Digital Media Player
Reset the player by holding down the play/pause button and pressing the reset button with a paperclip at the same time. (the reset button looks like a little hole on the side.) This will put the player into recovery mode. Try rebooting the player. if this doesn't work, reinstall the firmware using that option in recovery mode.
