Question about Panasonic Office Equipment & Supplies

1 Answer

I have a Panasonic Telephone Answering System with Facsimile Model no. KX F250. The rolled paper won't advance, even though it sounds as if it is. I have checked for papers jams, paper scraps between the upper and lower guide plate, and or any other obstructions.

How can I get the code to retrieve messages from a Panasonic KX-TGA560M?

The KX-TGA560 isn't an answering machine. If you have a separate answering machine connected to your phone line, please consult its documentation. If you're subscribed to a voicemail system provided by your telephone company, please contact your telephone company for instructions on accessing their voicemail system.

How do i stop the panasonic KX-TGA641 from rolling calls to my cell phone

You apparently have call-forwarding activated. The exact procedure for deactivating it may vary by company, but in most cases you simply dial *73 on your phone (the Panasonic, not your cell). Contact your telephone company (the landline) for exact instructions.

Parasonic auto-logic answering machine

Hello, yes it sounds like your trying to connect a "analog device" to a "digital" telephone. If you wish to connect the answering machine to answer your line or lines, you should contact your facilities maintenance department and see if they can "hardwire" your telephone line (your primary phone number), to another jack in your office so your answering machine will work by being placed in "parallel" with your phone system and your primary phone number. If you have more than one phone line (number) you wish for the machine to answer, you will need to ask for a "analog extension" from your digital phone system and have it programmed to ring when any of your roll over lines ring. However, keep in mind the machine can only answer one call at a time, the other simultaneous callers will get a ring no answer until the first caller has hung up. Good luck, hoped to help. CG
