An easy program to detect all this information (and more) is known as SIW. Here is a free copy (the free version is a bit older) http://www.gtopala.com/download/siw.exe

Hi there,

Usually the drivers from other vendor's websites are fine, as the motherboard is actually made up of components from other vendors. I also noticed that there are Vista 64bit drivers for that motherboard on the Asus website. In many cases, these drivers will work fine in Windows 7 as well.

This VENDOR and DEVICE is a RealTek network-adapter.

Do a Google-search for that string, and download one of the device-drivers for it.

Or, if it is integrated into the motherboard, access the web-site for the manufacturer of the motherboard, select the model-number of your motherboard, and select the "network-adapter" device-driver, download it, and install it.

Driver audio for iwill vx133l

you certainly do have rotton luck with this Mobo as the company no longer exists however most onboard components such as audio, vga etc are supplied by the famous IC vendors

when I have come across motherboards in the same category as the iwill, I use a nifty little tool called UDI (unknown device identifier) this has the ability to probe the ics for thier manufacturers details...... i use it to find the chip vendor then I can download and test various generic drivers for that vendor until I hit gold...so far I have had great success using this method......if you keen to try it out go ahead

you can get UDI here

happy hunting......

Bios update

If updates are available, you can always get them from the motherboard manufacturer's website.

Why do you think you need an update? If something goes wrong like a power cut, or computer problem, your motherboard will be scrap. Doing bios updates is very risky and should only be undertaken if absolutely neccessary.

How do i get the sound to work on my computer

1.) Install the sound driver from the CD if provided by the motherboard vendor.
2.) if you purchased the sound card separately from other vendor, use the CD/DVD to install the driver from that disk.

if both options are not working please mention the name of your sound card and manufacturer, model number if any.
