If you have the exact model number, you can search online for the average prices for any piece of equipment you want.

Here is a link to a bunch of different Dirt Devil Vacuum models available on EBay:

http://shop.ebay.com/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p5197.m570.l1313&_nkw=dirt+devil+vacuum&_sacat=See-All-Categories

Just use your mouse to click on the link, which is the underlined and highlighted text just above. This will open a new web browser page automatically for you and allow you to view the information and items at the website indicated.

Just type DIRT DEVIL VACUUM or the exact model number of the one you want into the EBay search box and you will find a large selection of them. Just make sure the item you are looking at is in NEW condition. You will find a lot of second hand units on there as well, so just be aware.

If you find a really good deal on EBay you can buy it directly from there too, just remember to factor in the cost of shipping which is usually listed below the actual sale price of the item.

As I said, there are many different models of Dirt Devil Vacuums, so it is difficult to say if that is a good price or not for whichever model that is.

Thank you very much and good luck.

Joe.

@ in one dirt devil light keeps blinking

Hi! The model number you provided M085845 is a corded vacuum that does not need to be charged. If you have a battery operated product, the indicator light will begin to blink after being plugged in for 12-14 hours or more. Try unplugging the charger for a few minutes. Hope this is helpful. If you still have questions please reach back out to us here of Fixya, Facebook.com/dirtdevil or Twitter @DirtDevil. Thanks!

Do my Dirt Devil have a restart button it just stop running

Hi! No the vacuum doesn't have a restart button, but it does have a thermal protector that will shut the vacuum down when it is overheated. If your dirt cup was too full this will activate the thermal protector sensor. Clogs and dirty filters can cause this as well. We recommend emptying the dirt cup, tapping out the filter and checking the hose for clogs. The vacuum will come back on usually within 45 minutes to an hour. Hope this helps. Vacuum sucks but won't with hose??

Hi! First, make sure you are disconnecting the hose from the handle and not from down below when you want to use the tools. If you are, then you may have a clog in your hose. Give these steps a try.

1.Detach the hose from both ends.
2.Use a broom stick or something similar to gently loosen and remove any clogs in the hose.

A filter can also cause loss of suction.

3.Remove the dirt cup lid and pull out the primary filter.
4.Hold filter under running water to rinse. Allow 24 hours to air dry.
5. Remove the exhaust filter from the base of the vacuum. Hold filter under running water to rinse. Again, allow 24 hours to air dry.

Good luck! If this does not help please reach out to us here on Fixya, Facebook/dirtdevil or Twitter @DirtDevil.

Why vaccum not emptying

Hi! If no dirt is entering into the dirt cup it could be that you have a clog in your hose. Why dirt devil breeze no power?

Hello! The Breeze is equipped with a thermal protector that will cause the vacuum to automatically shut off when it is overheated. This is most likely caused by a clog or a filter that needs to be cleaned or replaced. When the thermal protector is activated the vacuum will need to cool down before it will power back on. This can take up to an hour. Try these quick steps below to prevent the vacuum from shutting off again.

1. Twist off the end to the lower hose that connects to the brushes.
2. Use a wooden spoon to gently looses and remove any blockages in the lower hose.
3. Remove the pleated filter from the dirt cup. Tap the filter firmly against a trash can until the dirt stops falling. The filter should be replaced every 6 months.

I have included a link where you may go to purchase the F1 filter for your vacuum. If you still have questions please feel free to reach out to us here on Fixya, Facebook.com/dirtdevil, or Twitter @DirtDevil. Thanks! F1 HEPA Filter

Why does my dirt devil swerve get really hot?

Hello! Sounds like your vacuum may be overheating. This is usually caused by either a clog or a filter that needs to be cleaned. Please try the steps below to get your vacuum back up and running.

1. Remove the hose from both ends by pressing the release buttons.
2. Use a broom stick or something similar to gently loosen and remove any clogs from the hose.
3. Remove the nozzle from the cleaner by pressing the release button and pulling the nozzle from the body.
4. Use a wooden spoon or something similar to loosen up and remove any clogs from the nozzle or the lower tube.
5. Remove the dirt cup. Lift open the lid to the dirt cup.
6. Remove the filter from dirt cup. Remove the filter frame from dirt cup. Hold filter under running water to rinse. Allow 24 hours to air dry before replacing.
7. Check the exhaust filter by twisting off the filter cover.
8. If dirty, the exhaust filter can be washed as well. Hold filter under running water to rinse. Allow 24 hours to air dry.

This should stop the vacuum from overheating. If not please reach out to us here on Fixya, Facebook.com/dirtdevil or Twitter @DirtDevil. Thanks!
