Farisabdallah, I'm assuming you do not have a current PlayStation Network (PSN) account. There are a few things you will need before you can sign up for a psn account. First, make sure you have a valid email account. It doesn't matter who with; (Google, yahoo, msn, etc.) then you can start a new account right from the PS3 system, but it sounds like you want to start a new account from psn directly, so I will give you a link for that site. There will be a tab that will ask for you to log in, or sign up. You will still need a valid email address to complete this process. After you have successfully signed up, then simply put that information into your PS3 system and you should be all set. ^^ Keep in mind also, that the PSN is regional, and the link I give you is for U.S. only and you may need to find the correct one for your region. Good luck, and I hope this helps. My Account
If you don't remember the password you can, of course, reset it but you have to know which email address you used to setup the PSN account.
If you don't know the PSN account email address, you'll need to go to the web site on some PC with a browser and go to the account settings there to see if you can provide other information that identifies you to either let you change the email address/PSN ID or have them show you.
Not much to go on, and you'll need to do the legwork on the PSN web site outside of the PS3 console until you figure it out and then you can go to the console and sign in with the refreshed credentials.
If you don't have access to the email address you used to setup your system, you will have to contact PlayStation support. Before doing so, please have your:

IMPORTANT
If you have changed your password using a computer and had set your
PlayStation 3 or PSP system to automatically sign-in, the auto sign in
will fail. The PlayStation 3 or PSP system will prompt that the password
is invalid, at that point go to the sign in screen and enter the new
password you have created.
You can log in as a new user but im not sure if you'll have admin control of the system, might do though. failing that you could reformat the hard drive but you'll lose all your saved data, music, game saves etc
Try adding a new user to the PS3 (1st icon in the XMB bar). Once that is done set up the new user online and make sure you check off the auto sign in box so you don't have to do this again. if everything goes well and you can use the new user for online and what not , just delete your original one and it should be fine.
