SOURCE: making ice very slow and small
Hello, have you tried replacing the water filter? You did not say how long you have had this unit? What is your water pressure? Should be a minimum of 30psi. Good Luck! Dr. Know

I'm not sure what you mean by a series 100. Manitowoc series are by the model number first letter. B-series, Q-series, J-series, etc. A 100 lb Q-series would be the most recent. If memory serves they started with A, C, E, G, B, J, S, and are now on Q. You can get most of the service books on their website here.
Sorry I cant be of more help without a complete model number.

SOURCE: what is the operating pressure
where in the cycle is it??? the pressures will change during the cycle...
What refrigerant is in it... they used a few different ones over the years...
Is it air or water cooled???
As you can see it is best to get an experience tech to check this out for you... and even then they can be a bugger...
