Dell should have sent you a disc with the programs installed on your computer just reinstall them.

Few week back my internet explorer doesnt work then i uninstalled and deleted all short cut, but now i am unable to download it again, according dell support center, they advise me to reformat my laptop...

Hmmm Im surprised Dell told you that if IE is your only issue, even if you remove IE its still there, you should be able to go to program defaults and enable it again, I noticed you said IE was not working, does that mean you cannot connect to the internet? If so it might just be a simple proxy problem that is easily fixed, if of course your OS is the issue as Dell told you, then reinstalling factory condition is the ticket. I am assuming your running Vista or 7? if so just restart your computer and hit F8 until you get your advanced startup menu, (Dell's Normally have Rescue Partitions in them instead of a recovery disk). Choose repair my computer from the list after hitting F8. this will put the dell into a recovery mode. choose restore my computer to factory or out of the box condition. Once you choose that option it will warn you that you will loose all your files that may be on your computer, If thats OK then go ahead and hit OK or next this will take your computer into a total re installation fo windows and your original drivers, applications etc. Should take about an hour but when done your computer should be like when you first bought it.
Hope this Helps and as always please feel free to follow up with any questions and please dont forget to rate me. :)

After upading from Vista 64 home premium were lost audio device driver

Try this, Find out the brand of your computer, IE dell, mechines, HP, then go to google and type IE dell drivers and a support site should come up. CHose the option "Select Model" and simply chose your model of pc.

After that find the audio drivers and chose the basic audio drivers, dont download the fency ones just download the simple drivers. after downloading run the file, and after that if no icon shows up type SNDVOL32.exe that should bring up settings or just check your audio settings

Please can try the following

3) Remove any ticks/checks which has the mention of mcafee in there
4) click OK and then restart

This will hopefully take the error message away

Try another computer. If it works, then start Internet Explorer on your own computer, and "delete all temporary internet files". Close IE.

You need to install .net 2.0....evidently you have an application trying to access it. You can find it by doing your Microsoft updates.
