I recently bought a nokia e63 (2 months ago) and it was fine, I have not dropped it or anything, but the sound won't work - videos, music or even when someone calls me the sound will not work. Nothings...

I think the solution for that is to Reset Factory Settings in the Settings menu. If it still doesn't work, bring it to a Nokia Service Center to diagnose and fix your phone.
Hope this helps! -jayps

Dropped nokia E63 phone in water

Hi,

As the mobile is wet the circuit board inside the mobile will be fully wet. Due to this the connections between the circuits get connected (short circuited) and the mobile may behave in such a manner that it should not behave. NEVER put the wet mobile in charger even though it is dry and working properly. There may be water logs present in the mobile circuit which may be dangerous to the person who is using the mobile. It may lead to electric shock.

Take the mobile to the authorized dealer of your make and they will remove the water log from the mobile circuit board and it will be fine .I recommend you not to do this by yourself.

Thank You

How can i activate nokia e63 gps

There is no GPS on the Nokia e63. You can pair it with an external GPS unit, but other than that, no true GPS included. But, read here:
"The Nokia E63, unfortunately, lacks GPS. When I asked the Product Manager about this at Nokia World last year, I was told that the Eseries brand requires WiFi, and thus, GPS had to be dropped to maintain the lower cost for the E63. Now, while I am a Nokia Maps user, I am easily able to get by with Google Maps Mobile, which uses a combination of GPS and cell-tower triangulation to figure out where you're at. It's not as accurate as straight GPS, but it's close enough for most people, and I don't see this being a major issue, frankly."

Good luck!!

There is liquid damage to my phone. Can you tell me where can I get this fixed near Stafford please.

If your phone gets wet they make you pay to get your phone fixed.. But if you say it fell and broke they will give you a new one but give you your same old battery.
