Question about Acer Aspire One PC Notebook
Does this happen every time you use your browser? Otherwise right-click the taskbar, click task manager, go to the tasks tab, find iexplore.exe (or chrome.exe, firefox.exe, etc), and press force quit.
If it happens again, try using another browser.
