I'm having problems with my HP Mini Notebook when I start up all the icons start up slowly and also to when I use Quick Web I get a web site and then it starts to reboot continously on it's own it...

Download this, install and run it. Remove any issues it finds

Then download this and run it from your desktop. Click start and it removes all garbage temp files.

Should help

You really need to go to start, run, type "msconfig" and check the startup tab

That's all the apps that are starting when you start your laptop. Most of it doesnt need to start. It should run when you open it but not on startup. Most of it gets added to the system tray which are all the icons you see next to your clock. Slows everything down.
You kinda have to know what your looking at deselect items you dont want starting.
You should be safe just deselecting everything but say your Antivirus program and restart.

I have clicked on icon on the lower right side of Windows CE desktop and a popup comes up with the Ip Information tab and the IPV6 Information tab but no Wireless Information tab - how do I get that...

First, on the left side of the main screen, you will see an icon that says "WI-FI Power". That's the switch to turn it on. When you click it, a little box will appear that says "turn on" when it's off and "turn off" when it's on.

But maybe you hadn't fully set it up.

Try checking the following to see if any of these steps were missed.

On a "hooked up" computer, Google "digital". There find "Sylvania Products". Then click on "7 inch netbook support" and follow directions inputing to the 7" netbook as you go.

For item # 4, you find your "hot spot" name (on the 7" netbook) and click "connect".

For item # 5, you may have to call your Internet Service Provider (Charter, AT&T or whoever you pay for your internet) in order to get your "network keys" fill that in (on the 7" netbook) and then click "OK".

Next (on the 7" netbook) be sure you go to "Start", "Settings", "Control Panel", "Internet Options", "General" and complete "user agent (requires browser restart" by selecting:
"Default (same as windows XP)" or
"Same As Pocket PC" or
"Windows CE".

I selected "default" and was off and running.

Although this isn't a "lap-top" it is a really neat little machine and does a lot of stuff almost like one. It should be great for travel! It is a little slow and has small memory, but it's inexpensive and usb/sd ports are there. A regular universal mouse helps-just plug it into a USB port. I'm doing internet, movies, YouTube, word processing, etc like everything and I think a lot of people have way under-rated this fun little machine!

However, these little netbooks have very little memory/space in them and I am sure that oovoo is way way to large for this to handle.

Limewire, Morpheus, or Frostwire are the free music services - This is how you do it, but I do not reccomend any of the three for the following reasons:
1) They are virus-prone
2) Some ISP's will cut off your internet service if you use Limewire

Even "free" services come with a cost in safety

I wanna good music

OK, that's nice. Why would you post the question here?

Limewire and Morpheus are free music downloading services to try, if that's what you're asking about.

Cant find websit downloads

Limewire or Morpheus - both have their problems, and are virus-prone, so make sure you have a good antivirus program before using them.

Music transfer

Here is what is going on. All iTunes songs are in AAC format. The Insignia Pilot cannot read thos files, and the Rhapsody music service cannot read them either. You will need to redownload all of the songs that you want in Rhapsody itself. If you do not want to pay the monthly fees, then I would not download any songs from Rhapsody - they will cease to work after your Rhapsody subscription expires.

You have a couple of options. You could buy an AAC to Mp3 Converter software - this is not free, as far as I know - you also want to be careful, because some sites that advertise these products are scam artists - they don't let you try the product before buying.

Another option is to get Limewire or Morpheus - the free versions of thse services run extremely slow and give you a lot of ads, but they allow you to download Mp3 format songs for free without monthly fees.

Mp3 players just aren't as easy as they used to be.
