Both left and right ear phone dont work . i can see the copper right under both of the earphones .

first thing, do other earphones work in the device you are using, if not, there is the problem if so, then the cable could be broken within the rest of the headphones or the adaptor at the end could be damaged. you cannot really tell without starting to dismantle the headphones and carrying out electrical testing.hope this helps=

Is the headset of Samsung Champ can adjust in to equal lengths? Because left earphone is shorter than the right earphone. If it can adjust, how? Thanks in advance.

Hi there fellow Champ user, these kind of headsets are made that way,so that the mic will be near to your mouth and it ill be easier for you to converse. Since the right earphone is longer in length, have it pass at the back of your neck going to the right ear, making it comfortable and lessening the tangles created by these wire headsets. However, if you want a tangle-free communication then get a bluetooth headset

My left ear headset does not work. the right one is fine and the battery is charged,

sounds as if you have a short in the left ear. solution would be to send in to manufacture. Or return to the store.

One ear has stopped working

You probably can if you have any soldering experience. Check this link out:http://www.metacafe.com/watch/1045725/how_to_solder_how_to_repair_headphones/ If you can't ask your friends and acquaintances. A good little fun project.

Bose Aviation headset Series 2 has high-pitched squeal.

Try wearing the headset the "wrong way". The left side of the headset on your right ear & the right side of the headset on your left ear. I have the QC15 with the same problem and it worked for me. Good luck!

A Bose headset is buzzing

The speaker in that Ear Cup may be blown. You should consider replacing the set with a newer one.

If you listen to this with that static noise you risk serious injury to your ear.
