Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
As you no doubt know already FixYa doesn't supply parts direct- not unless you're very lucky and someone from anywhere in the world just happens to have what you want at the bottom of a pile of bits in the garage!
You could try looking on line for more spares suppliers. You will need to type into your search engine/web browser '(make) washer spares' and you may be presented with a number of sources from which you may be able to order. During the process you will be asked for the actual model number.
Good luck- 'cos it's frustrating, isn't it!

Error code F4. I have fitted new brushes to main motor as old ones used up.Looking for user manual but no luck.Thank You

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,

Sorry but this forum does not supply manuals direct; it's just made up of ordinary guys and gals, probably at home and from all over the world, with experience of addressing problems and giving guidance for free on the web ;-0)

You also have not stated the make and model of your washer- different makes, models, fault codes ;-0(

You will need to type into your search engine/web browser '(make) washer manual' and you should be presented with a number of sources from which you can either download for free or have to pay a nominal amount. During the process you will be asked for the actual model number!
Good luck,

I start the machine after a minute or so it stops and I get the F35 code. Model WFW9500TW01. Its just 14 months old.

This is an analog pressure sensor failure. It could mean that the air trap or air pressure hose is blocked, but at this age I would doubt either of these. Whirlpool has had a lot of these sensors fail on the new washers. At this time there are 84 of these on order at our local parts house, which is a good indicator that these will be a common repair for us. Remove the top of the washer. You will find the sensor and the air pressure hose in the right hand side of the washer (the hose isabout 1/4 inch in diameter and is connected to the sensor). Disconnect the air hose from the sensor, and blow through it to make sure it is not blocked. If it is not blocked, then replace the analog pressure sensor. If it is blocked then you will need to follow the hose down to where it is connected and remove the hose. Blow through it again, until it is clear, and run a small screwdriver down through the air trap that the hose was connected to. This should clear the trap and hose. Good Luck, Appliance Specialists.

I need a hose for my washer and need to know the part number in orser to order a new one.

First, see the Sears parts site for your washer:

http://www.searspartsdirect.com/partsdirect/index.action

Enter your model number (###.######) and you'll see a list of major sub-components with diagrams and parts.

Wfw9500tw01 model suds and then f-35

Hi,

Just tilt the washer back and prop it up with some wood blocks. Three screws are right on the front at the very bottom. Use a 9/32 socket to remove them. The front cover slides right off. The drain trapclean out is right in the middle. Turn the large white knob counter-clockwise to remove it and clean.

Thank you !!

Model: wfw9500tw01 f35 error

F35 is a water level error.
The water level switch (pressure switch) has malfunctioned.

If you remove the top panel, three screws in the back, you will have access to the pressure switch.

With the tub empty, remove the vinyl hose from the switch and blow backwards through the hose to clear any restrictions.

If the fault codes return after doing this, you will likely need to replace the pressure switch.

Also - please be sure to use He soap.
