There could be one of two problems:
a) Either your battery is not engaging properly with the terminals and is not receiving any charging current,
b) The charging circuit is faulty.
For a) you can remove the battery and take a look at the terminals. If you can physically adjust them to engage with the battery in a more effective way, that should fix your problem.
For b), you'll have to take it to a qualified technician.
