Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: I have a black sticky

Go to epinions.com, type your product and find you are not alone. Besides, as there is no cure to baldness there is no such thing as a perennial non stick pan. All coatings invented eventually succumbs to the wear and tear produced by temperature changes, contact with food and related chemistry, detergents, scrapping, etc. Consider the possibility that some of that non stick material may be ingested unconsciously.

SOURCE: Need to locate the pan

I assume your wanting replacement pans, correct? Keep in mind that some prices on replacement parts exceed the value of the machines themselfs. If your machine is more than a few years old it might be more economical to replace the machine. This pan sells for $27.95 on the Wolfgang puck website. I did not see it any where else.On his site navigate to aplliances, then to bread makers and click on the picture of the breadmaker and it will open to where you can see the pan.
Here is the link.

If bought in the EU there is a 12 month warranty anywhere else in the world, could be anything. Check your receipt as you will need the receipt as proof of purchase to get it repaired.

I have the cooks essentials cookware (2008) purchase from QVC & the coating is coming off. Can I have these replaced. and how do I start the process to return them?

Contact QVC directly. Most of what they sell is shoddy tat so they're pretty used to dealing with warranty claims.

I bought (2) complete set of cooks Essentials pots & pans quite a few yrs, ago. One set was returned for defects, along with the orig.sales slip from QVC. Now my set is loosing the Teflon along the...

Dear Mary:
There is not a way to do that. You have stated that the set is several years old. The set is far out of warranty and the manufacturer has no interest or responsibility to replace it. I am sorry to be the conveyor of bad news, but it is time to shop for a new set of pans.
It is very unsafe for you to continue to use the pans as consuming the loosened teflon material is proven to be a health hazard. Sounds like they had a good run and are ready to be retired.
