Question about HP Deskjet D2660 All-In-One InkJet Color Printer
I'm not sure exactly what "no printer installer" means, but in order to get a copy of the software you need for the HP Deskjet D2660, you can get it on the HP web site here:
You just need to enter your operating system, and then click on "Drivers." I would recommend selecting the option for "Basic Drivers" to download. HP is known for including a lot of bloated unnecessary software with their printers. So just go for the basic drivers.
If you do have any HP printer software already installed on your computer, would recommend uninstalling the software first. The process of uninstalling the software depends on which version of Windows you have. If you let me know what version you have, I can give you steps.
Also, do not plug the printer into your computer until the HP software tells you to.
Hope this helps.
