Printer is printing blank pages. i did remove the tape and tried 2 different toner cartridges. tried one of the failed toner on another 3035 and it printed good.

Please double check that the nozzle of your printer is clean. Also, please run test prints with different document to check for any change to the issue afterwards.
And you'll want to restart both your printing source (ie computer) as well as your printer before attempting another test.

Also, please check that toner that you're using isn't a 3rd party toner as printer companies have updated their software to block these from working with your printer.

1) First, make sure to update the printer drivers to the latest version. Refer to the printer's manual to customize the print settings accordingly.

2) Check if the printer encountered Paper Jam error. If so, remove the jammed papers from the printer.

3) If the error persists, try replacing the ink cartridges. Purchase a new set of toner cartridges that are compatible with your printer, from a trusted retailer.

4) Remove the old cartridges from the printer and insert the new ones. Print a test page and in case, the problem continues, take the printer to an authorized service center.

Dot matrix printheads go bad, can be rebuilt, never had great luck cleaning, pins get stuck out.. Also there is a lever that moves the printhead closer or farther from paper. make sure that is in the right position. Usually on top cover may have numbers by the lever such as 1 , 2 , 3 etc

Hello, Try a different cartridge if you have one (even a used one). Does it print anything? If "Yes" then the printer is most likely OK and the fault lies with the Toner Cartridge. Checks - 1) the Drum Flap operation, does it move freely. 2) Check the electrical contacts, look for bent pins or toner accumulation on the contacts. Replace the Toner Cartridge with a new one. If "NO" the Printer still prints blank with multiple cartridges, the a printer may need servicing, check the left side of the inside of the printer, this is where the toner cartrisge contacts are located, check for bent pins or paper obstructing the pins. some hp printers have a reset for the toner cartridge
you have to fallow the procudure to get it to work again

To get every bit of toner powder out of the cartridge, first remove the toner unit from the drum assembly. Second, find the little circular window on the right-side of the toner cartridge. Third, place a piece of black electrical tape over the clear window, cannot be clear tape. Fourth, re-install the toner cartridge into the drum assembly. Last, put the complete unit back into your printer. This worked for me.

Try checking the ink cartridges and make sure they have ink in them or it will keep printing blank pages. Then try printing a test page by going to control panel, clicking on printers and faxes and right clicking on your printer and going to properties. Then go all the way down to the bottom of the page and click print test page. It will clean the printer cartridges and align them to print correctly. It should work after that.
