Hi there!

Since March 31, 2011, Windows Live Toolbar already stopped working. You can check this website regarding Windows Live Toolbar being replaced by the Bing Bar. I suggest you uninstall Windows Live Toolbar and install the Bing Bar instead.

Hope this helps.

You should first remove Windows Live Toolbar (XP: Start->Control Panel->Add or Remove Programs->Remove Program->Click Windows Live Essentials->Click Change/Remove->Click Windows Live Toolbar->Continue->When it's complete, click Close) (VISTA: Start->In the Search Box type: Programs and Features->Windows Live Essentials->Click Uninstall/Change->Click Uninstall->Continue->Click Windows Live Toolbar->Click Continue) and restart your pc. Then, manually install Windows Live Toolbar 14 -> LINK

I hope I helped you!

I would suggest you to uninstall the toolbar and check. Follow the steps mentioned below.
a.Close all Internet browsers.
b.Uninstall the toolbar through your "Add/Remove Programs" utility. Choose the "Start" button in the lower left-hand corner of your computer screen, and then click "Control Panel." Choose "Add/Remove Programs" and the programs that are installed on your PC will be listed. Choose "MSN toolbar" and then "Change/Remove." You will be instructed to verify if you wish to continue with the uninstall. Choose "OK" and continue to follow the instructions by choosing "Next" until the uninstall completes.
c.Uninstall the toolbar by using the "Run" utility if you are running Windows XP. Click "Start" and then "Run" and type "appwiz.cpl" in the text box. Press "Enter" and the programs that are installed on your PC will be listed. Choose "MSN toolbar" and click "Remove." You will be instructed to verify if you wish to continue with uninstall. Choose "OK" and continue to follow the instructions until uninstall completes.
d.Open a browser and verify that the MSN toolbar is no longer displayed. You may need to restart your PC after uninstall is complete.

Bing bar encountered eroor code 400.fix the problem

In most cases, you can disable the Bing Bar by opening Internet Explorer, then selecting View Toolbars, and deselecting Bing Bar.
Next, click TOOLS on the menu, then select Manage Add-Ons.
Once in there, you select Search Provider, then find Bing and, depending upon which version of Windows you are using, either right-click and Disable, or look at the bottom of the window and select Disable from the options.
Then, Close, and select View, Toolbars. If the Bing Bar is still entered there with a check mark next to it, deselect it.
Close IE, and when you reopen IE, Bing Bar will be gone.
If you want to get it back and have it working right, go to Microsoft.com/downloads, and look for the Internet software options, find Bing Bar, and download and install it.
I hope this helps.
Cheers!

When I sign onto Mozilla Firefox we get a message that states that we get errorcode: sec_error_expired_certificate for xml.freecause.com443

Looks like this error can be caused by any number of third party toolbars.
For me, the offending toolbar was the "gamers unite snagbar" -- which I haven't used for about a year so I uninstalled it.
To uninstall the offending toolbar you will first need to change your computer's date to a date before the expiration of the certificate showing on your error message.
Click on "cancel" on the error message.
Then, go under "tools" and choose Add-Ons>>Extensions and try uninstalling whichever toolbar you think may be causing the problem. Restart Firefox. Hopefully you will no longer have the error message.

Have any toolbars or new sofware been added recently? If so and you are using Win XP you may want to try a system restore to a previous point before the changes were made or uninstall the toolbars completely. Also disabled all Pop-Up blockers to see if that has any effect.clean up ur registry using reginout

Msn toolbar has encountered an error

Internet Explorer is your browser, the "window" in which you view webpages like Google, Yahoo, etc. If that's still not clear, there's a nice little one minute video and some simple explanations here: http://googleblog.blogspot.com/2009/10/what-is-browser.html

As far as resolving your MSN Toolbar issue, your best bet is to go to Start Menu -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs and select "MSN Toolbar". Click Uninstall, and simply remove it.
