Hi,

Your touchpad driver may need to updated or reinstalled due to possible corrupted or outdated file. You can find the touchpad driver from the below link. Just select the "Operating system" that you are using and download the touchpad driver.

Hope this helps.

How to switch on Blue touch of Dell e5500

If there is no switch on the side of the laptop or front of the laptop, then it might be controlled by a button above the keyboard or by some keystrokes such as hitting the FN or ALT key then the responding key that toggles the bluetooth. it's dependent upon the wireless being on so make sure you have the wireless on.

My Dell Latitude E5500 speaker is too low, how to increase volume?

If you have volume control in the system tray (bottom right corner), double-click it. In Windows XP you will see all the sound controls. Increase all to the maximum level (except microphone).
Use the buttons close to the screen to increase the volume.
There is a volume control in the player you are using. Increase it to the maximum.
If it doesn't help, please let us know.
