The model EOC680W does not return anything.

If the oven is locked because power has been disconnected (no timer), try pressing the main knob or pressing the cancel button (depending on the model). Hold the button down for few seconds.

About programming the oven:

" * 1Set the clock by pressing the clock button and turning the "Set" knob until you see the correct time on the display. Press the "Stop/Clear" button to finish setting the time.
* 2 Begin baking by pressing the "Bake Temp" button and setting the bake temperature with the "Set" knob. You can program a specific baking time by pressing "Cook Time" and setting the time with the "Set" knob. At the end of the scheduled time, the oven will turn itself off and sound a number of end-of-cooking beeps. Press "Stop/Clear" to end the beeps.
* 3 Program a delayed bake by pressing the "Bake Temp" button and setting the bake temperature with the "Set" knob. Press the "Cook Time" button and enter the time period you wish to bake the food with the "Set" knob. Press the "Stop Time" button and enter the time you want the oven to turn off with the "Set" knob. The oven will bake the food at a specific time by using the programmed stop time and figuring backward to the time the baking must begin.
* 4 Broil foods by pressing the "Broil" button; choose "Hi Broil" or "Lo Broil" with the "Set" knob.
* 5 Clean the oven by closing the oven door, turning off the oven light, locking the lock lever and pressing the "Clean" button. The oven will automatically enter the cleaning mode for three hours; turn the "Set" knob to the left to program a two-hour clean or to the right for a four-hour clean."

I just bought a about 35year old house it has a chef contessa deluxe gas freestanding oven and warmer i don't know the model no can you help i need a manual and parts

Hello Helen, most model number labels can be found either under the cook-top surface burners; on the side of the oven unit; or in the back near the vent. Other places to consider, behind the oven door jamb along the top or side edges. If your particular stove unit has a kick plate, you may find the oven's schematic attached to the inside of the kick plate with may contain the technical data to your unit. Hope this helps.

My Chef Classic Wall mounted fan forced oven stopped working. Its grill section working. Fan and the light in the oven working well. Bot oven doesnot heat up. Please give a tip what is probably wrong?

The bake element has gone bad. They can visually look fine but still be bad. To check and replace that element you will unfortunately need to kill the power and remove it from the wall. Remove the back cover. Check for a low resistance (around 16 ohms) across the bake element. If the resistance is high the element is bad. Google the make and model for a replacement element.

Shouldn't all models come with a manual, well we did not get one. Where do we obtain a manual from if you don't get joy on the website

Hi! You are right, every product should have a manual with it and normally every manufacturer is providing the user manual. However, the model you have got might have not provided the manual inadvertently. Please tell me the make and model number of your Unit so that i can provide you with model specific information. Thanks Rylee
