what you need to do is a hard reset for your phone. to do that you need to follow the following steps-
1) Power on your handset.
2) Then please press and hold * key + 3 key + Call button + Power button.
3) If you see logo Nokia, then release held keys.
4) After that enter your lock code. (The default lock code is 12345).
5) Now your phone will reset and restart.

u can change from setting, change access code , u have to enter ur old code,then enter new code, if u forget ur password/code u have to connect it to twister software,double click on Reset user lock the lock code will change as 12345.
