Your error probably means you have not configured the adapter to work with your network.

If your adapter is wireless, you will have to configure the network (probably an access point around your house) with its name and password.  If your adapter is not wireless, you will need to run a cord from your PS2 to your internet connection (the access point, again, or possibly the phone line).

Hello and welcome to FixYa. The PlayStation Network is currently down worldwide. Sony has stated in a official post that a outside intrusion attempt was made on the PlayStation Network and Sony has decided to temporarily suspend service until the servers can be verified as fully operational and to implement added security features. Furthermore they estimate the PlayStation Network will be fully operational and accessible within the next 48 hours. I hope you found this information helpful and thank you for visiting FixYa.

My psp slim has a message "DSN Error" when I try

Hi, claytly!

Sadly a DSN Error means that your system/game didn't pass the online authentification process. Are you using full retail copies of the games? This issues are more common when using modded firmware or backed up games. The way to fix it is by using the latest PSP firmwre and retail copies of the game.

I hope this helped you and i apologize for the inconvinience.

I can't access the playstation network, Netflix, or PS store but I can access the Internet. I have wifi and my iPhone works fine. When I try to log in it says "connection with PS network timed out

Turn the playstation off and then back on. You have to be connected to PSN to play Netflix and connect to the PS Store--is something maybe wrong with your username/password?

Can't log onto play station network

Do you have some additional information? This could be because your internet settings are no longer supported, and this is also the most likely cause. Try checking your connections for internet, if this doesn't solve the issue, e-mail me with more info and I will try to help you resolve the issue. courtrightkenneth@yahoo.com

PS2 internet ???

Hi

In order to connect a Ps2 to the internet you are going to need to purchase a PS2 Network Adapter.

The Ps2 came with free online play for all games but it required you to purchase a HDD and Network Adapter package.

The Xbox came with it built in but you had to pay for monthly use

Hope this helps

Note If you have problems connecting your netwrok adapter to your internet signal (ie Setting up the internet on the ps2) Call your Internet Service Provider (ISP) they will walk you through it.

PS Please rate my advice as it will help me out
