Once you get the message or during game menu, press select, scroll to UMD ISO MODE and change it to Sony NP9660. Exit. Enjoy.

How to download psp games?

This is a tutorial on how to download psp games on your PSP for free, please access this link to watch the video on youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ut_Usydv5E8&feature=related
You will need a psp running custom firmware 3.71 m33-3 or higher.

To get custom firmware, please access this link: http://pspslimhacks.com

Remember if the game you want is a bunch of different parts then download the parts and select them all and extract them all to one folder.

And also, remember to always have a umd in the psp, otherwise it will say the game could not be started

r u running a cfw? if so you are getting this error because there is a setting in the hidden recovery menu that is set to require a UMD disc to be in the PSP when it attempts to load.

Turn off the PSP not just on standby but totally off by pushing up on the power button
then hold the R button down while turning on the system. You will be in the Recovery mode/Configuration menu.
Choose configuration, then go to the 5th option which is the UMD MODE, yours is probably set to "normal - UMD required
press X once. This will switch it to "NO UMD".
Then go back up to BACK and press X
and then "Exit".
Once you restart you should be able to load the ISOs, CSOs etc. without getting the 80020321 error.
hope this helps

I am trying to update the firmware on my psp and I keep getting an error message 80010005 or 80020321 that the memory stick could not be read. I was first getting the message with a 1GB memory stick with...

80010005=device / media not found equipment / media not found (Memory Stick or Memory Stick format is not the format does not recognize, may be a bad memory stick)
You may need to buy a new Memory Stick.

Psp wont start

Might be the memory card inserted on your psp causing the issue, try to turn on your psp while the memory card is not inserted.
