Auto removal of any program or file downloaded online by my pc and inability to remove previously installed program on my nec laptop

Ok, here's the solution.
My computer is running on Xp-SP3.
Go to "Add or Remove Programs",
then Un-Install all the Nokia Stuff - all of it,
select the Windows Media Player and click "Remove" -
Don't worry!!!!
Windows Media player won't be deleted, just downgraded to a previous version,
stay within the "Add or Remove Programs" list
Select "Windows Media Format 11 runtime" and click "Remove",
confirm and then restart your PC.
Download the OVI-Suite from the Web Page (do not use the CD) and install OVI-Suite.
Install also the OVI-Player from the Web Page.
Restart PC.
Open OVI-Player, connect your phone and try to move a mp3 file directly into the phone's directory - then update your phone's music library

Try to reboot to Windows Safe Mode (press F8 before Windows boots) and remove Adobe from Add-Remove Programs in the Control Panel and delete the file with virus.
Check your PC with online virus scanner (trend.com).
Download Adobe Reader from Adobe and reinstall.

check you program maybe some program install in you laptop. programs for adware and spyware or virus. maybe there are a lot of hiden file and auto run program..

you do this also to check the hiden file. open may computer then tools, folder options.view check then box. SHOW HIDEN FILES AND FOLDERS. THEN OK..

oddly enough, you may find that updating the version 8.0 you have to 8.x will then allow you to remove it (or it will work correctly) can you open the reader manually in the programs list? if so open it, then go to help and check for updates. apply the updates. If they work you should be in good shape.

uninstall the previous installation, restart your pc remove the usb printer cable, reinstall the printer driver donot plug the usb cable until the installation program tells you, then plug the usb cable, if it is detected its ok if not replace the printer cable with usb2.0 maybe the usb cable is defective.

CCleaner is a program that remove items that are not used or needed, and helps your computer to run smoother and faster. so, what you're going to do is; delete any program files retaining to Cook'n Betty Crocker, download CCleaner and do a regular clean and a registry clean, then do a search for Cook'n Betty Crocker from the start menu to see if anything remains.(search all files and folders) If the search finds anything then write down the path to find it and delete it manually, then run CCleaner again. Now you're ready to reinstall. If you have any problems or the same problem after reinstalling, then the disc may be corrupt and request a new one.
