Question about Dell 924 All-in-One InkJet Printer
I'm trying to use my Dell 924 printer on my new HP computer that has Windows Vista. After installing the printer CD, I can print but cannot scan. Can you help?
You may need to install the whole cd package w/c includes the scanning application program, or you can try using a sifferent software like the one in windows, under accessories look for scanner, if your system cannot find the scanner, then the driver for the scanner wasnt fully or not yet installed,
pls look for the scanner software, what you have installed is only for the printer alone.
