I was mowing in tall grass my mower boggd down, blades stoped working, megnitic clutch does not engauge, my mower is a john deere 48 inch, all safety switches seem be working, mowing runs & drives great.

Sounds like you're having a problem with your Power TakeOff system. The first thing to do is check to see if you didn't bump the PTO switch on your dash. Since you were in tall grass, check to see that there is nothing obstructing your machine.

If all appears OK, then the PTO should be tested. This is an electrical problem and requires a multimeter.
Before you test, check your battery to see if it's charged and that the terminals are clean.
