Forgot my birthday date within my account. The security question ( birthday date )is asked and I am unable to answer it. Any way you can help?

If you forget your Yahoo password:

to which a reset link will be sent.If you don't have an alternative email you will be asked the 2 secret Q's to which you must answer"old accounts may only have 1"you will then be asked for a new password and thats it.

Also:
You can get a new password, a Yahoo! ID reminder, or both. If you forgot your Yahoo! ID or password, go to the Sign-in Problems page.
If you forgot your Yahoo! ID, you need to provide three pieces of information so we can confirm your identity:

• Your birthday

Go to Yahoo mail, enter your user name and click on the link that says forgot password or I am unable to access my account. This will take you to the area where you would be able to try and answer your security questions. Look for a link that says I do not remember my security question answers. or click on support and then security and report that you are unable to answer the security questions. Yahoo will ask you when the last time you were able to access your mail normally was, who are the top five people that you email frequently, when you first started your email account and a few other identifying questions to verify that you are who you say you are. If you can answer their questions, they will reset your account and help you make a new password ect. if you are unable to answer these questions they will provide a phone number to speak with a live person to explain your issue and help you further.

The last time something like that happened to mi,facebook gave me other options to log in like identifing some of the friends i have on my wall.All i did was, copy the name, google it and got the right photograph of the person and then come back to give facebook the answer.if you used your original birthday date, you could ask some one who knows you but if you didnt, i think you should try logging in again and picking the other option of confirming or verifying your account.

Complete the information fields:

Facebook username or
Enter your name and a friends name

You may need to recover your account through your friends. See here for more information on the process.

Continue through the process. When you are able to login update your information and password.

i want to open a face

If you forgot your password or your password has been changed & you are are unable to get login then there comes a Forgot Password option, just click on it then it will ask you some security Questions like your date of birth etc which you have entered already when you have created your account. If you answers the asked questions correctly then hopefully you will get your password.

just go to yahoomail.com and there you can find the option called forgot password its ask for mail id you need enter your mail id and it will ask some question you need to answer thatthen you can able to retrive your password

I for got my yahoo security question answer & recovery email & i still know my password but it is not working, i don't open my account about the 5 month that's why some problem but the same email i use my Facebook.........Plz help me anybody..
