Question about Kitchen Ranges
The issue started with the back left rear burner ignitor did not stop clicking when knob was turned past the ignition point after the burner was lite. Turned that burner off and tried to light the center burner and when knob position was in the ignition point a flash came out from under the knob and tripped the circut breaker. Reset the cb and tried to light the center burner and do not here any clicking and the burner will not light via the knob. The original back left burner that appeared to have a problem with the ignitor now will not ingite with the knob and no clicking sound is heard when knob is used. They will operate with a match. The other three ignite normally. Any thoughts anyone.
there is a switch that is broken behind the knobs they cost no more than $15.00. remove the knob so that you can see it it's white in color.

All my ignitors spark when I turn one of them on. I'v been told it is normal. I had a problem before and the tech that replace the ignitor said the issues is with alignment. Try to rotate the burner a bit left or right and see if it fixes it.

Hi, when any of the knobs is turned to the light position, all burners will spark. That being said, if one or more of the knobs is not switching the spark module, the problem is the switch mounted on the shaft of that burner valve. You need to replace the defective switch or you could turn on one of the good burners (to make the clicking occur) and then light the burner you really want.
