My boss threw a pen at the screen and it stuck straight out and stayed stuck in there . So it made a small hole in the screen and now when it's on it shows a bunch of colored lines on the screen .

The monitor/screen will need to be replaced or repaired. Depending on the type/size of monitor/screen, replacement may cost less. There is no quick, do-it-yourself fix to this problem, unless you have the training, tools and replacement parts. Wish I could offer you something more easy, but I am afraid this is likely something that's going to cost. Good luck!

Are the activity lights blinking like the computer is doing something? If so the monitor may be disconnected from the unit or damaged. If so this is a pc repair issue, and a little tricky to do on your own.

When computer is turned on screen stays black and fan races fast

If you put it in another T23, Windows will recognize the hardware change and ask you to re-activate Windows. Microsoft may or may not require you to pay for Windows again.

It's the 26 inch version but have problem with picture

Hi Paul,
It looks like your TV might have a main board failure if the screen stays white without video. Since your TV is less then a year, I would suggest to contact the manufacturers to get fix under warranty. Most electronics devices carry one year warranty.
Good Luck.

System Stay's dark

This is most likely going to be a failed system board component. If it were the screen or video card you would still hear Windows starting up. However, let's try a few simple things that could cause this in order to rule them out. First, take the battery out and start with the supply only. Then remove the memory and try them one at a time in both slots. If it's still not working, then this will be a board component, and this problem can be very hard to track down, so I suggest taking it to a shop for diagnosing.

Monitror keeps cycling through on-off

Found one of these in the dumpster at my shop today. Had the "stays on for 3 sec then turns off" issue. Problem is the bad batch of electrolytic caps of a few years ago. 2 on the power supply board were visibly swelled up (470u/16V and a 1000u/16V). Replaced them both - it's fixed. Cost 50 cents.
