I have a fujitsu siemens wireless mouse and keyboard and it has stopped working, have changed batteries and keyboard appears to be working but mouse doesnt. Have tried holding it close as suggested in other posts, but still not working. Help!!!!!

Remove the battery of the keyboard and install new one and then press connect button from the keyboard side and the receiver side also.

Deleted the mouse from bluetooth and then added again.found info at

Change batteries of mouse. if it does not help then uninstall driver for mouse and reinstall it.
and the also if it does not appear to work then its time for getting new one.

Hello Den,

1st remove the Battery ..u will find screw below the battery ..unscrew it and then remove the blastic bar above the keyboard which contain the power ,wireless..etc Keys ..afterthat u can remove the key board and replace the new one...

don keep any additional electronic device near by to it.........
check the wireless connection is enabled on the device........

some wireless mice have an on off button, also you need to press the "connect" or discovery button on your mouse to reconnect to your system.
