I'm hoping you can help me.
I have been unable to install my pro900 qc. each time, when it calls for the camera to be plugged in (during software install), it will never recognize the camera. windows displays 'Required section not found in INF'.
I have tried the 'clean install' procedure twice with same results. i have downloaded latest software & drivers. Sean of Logitech sent me the procedure for clean install, but he hasn't replied to my followups.
i've had the camera for almost a week now-almost ready to return it.
Dell 8250, 1G, 2.4 ghz
win xp pro sp2
note-i tried installing the camera on an HP system and it worked great.

Did you install the software with the camera connected to
the computer? Disconnect the camera from the USB port and reinstall the
software. When the program asks you to connect the camera, do so, and it
should work. Hope this is of some help.
