This is going to be a problem with the server or a bad transfer by the provider for the card. If it's the server, you should be able to open the card a little later and it should be fine, if it's a provider sending problem, then contact the provider or the person that sent it and have them resend the e-card.

The Computer won't get to the Desktop Screen. It stops the process of logging in at a screen that shows a loading bar that keeps repeating.

You will need to either, re install the operating system or do a system restore. The latter is available on the F8 screen (press at computer start.)

My computer screen keeps jumping or won't stay up

Your laptop screen refresh rate is low (Hertz). When your screen refresh rate is slow, it will flicker and stutter.

To fix this, right-click your desktop, and go to Personalize.
When you're there, go to "Display Settings" and go to "Advanced Settings", on the "Monitor" tab you'll see the screen refresh rate. Change it to the highest number you see.( min 65-70)

Although the change will shorten your laptop battery life, it will fix the problem. Just keep your charger on until it's fully charged, and it should be good.

Hi my packard bell laptop won't load up, it keeps

If your laptop appears to boot up and the hard disk LEDflashes, then the problem is probably a back light fault. This can be a faultyinverter or a faulty CCFL lamp. Boot into safe mode.
F8 before Windows boots.

Scan with Combofix for example.

Scan system files (OS cd needed)

To use the System File Checker, follow these steps:
  1. Close any open programs on your Desktop

  2. Click on the Start button

  3. Click Run

  4. Type this command in the Run box: SFC /SCANNOW

  5. Click the "OK" button
