Hi,
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.

I get no incoming calls

How I would troubleshoot:
  1. Go into airplane mode and disable it.
  2. Give your PIN to unlock the SIM card and see if you can call and receive calls. If not,
  3. Open System Settings
  4. Go to Network (or More.. in Networks)
  5. Go to Mobile Networks.
  6. Go to Mobile Providers. It will start searching for available providers.
  7. After searching, select Automatically select.

If this has not resolved the issue, I would contact my provider.
