Hello,
lexmark will have all the information, drivers, and essincial programing you will need to run your printer. however, be advized: the with win Vista, most lexmark softwares i've run accross will not operate. however their are drivers that will enable your printer, with all the available options without the program interface like we all like. just thought i'd give you a heads up!

If you have XP as operating system, drivers should be pre-loaded. Otherwise CLICK HERE input your model # and select your O/S & get a direct download.

The driver is available on www.lexmark.com

When you get to www.lexmark.com you can click on Driver and Downloads. Type in your model number and then you will come to a screen where you can choose the OS you have.

windows xp home edition has problems running a lexmark, the xp pro dont its a windows problem do you have xp if so when it says needs install dont use the disk let the set up wizard take you to a site to down load the drivers i had to do the same with my X1150 all in one.
