when you say take it to the repair center, do you mean take it to a O2 store? or just any phone store?

Take it to the repair centre is nessary. as he can insert the orignal sim and can delete that problem which you are facing and make your new sim work properly.it will not be to costly.get it repaired the handset is proper but the settings are faulty.

Dont know voicemail password

Are you referring to the voice mail on your cell? What company do you have service with? If using cell, you may be able to try dialing 611 and then press the send or call button. then select the option for reset password. (When you received the phone, were you able to put it in your name with your account info? If so, you may be able to provide answers to the security questions with your account to reset your password.) Let me know if this helps.

How do i reset the phone back to original settings?

Since the phone can work on about 18 different systems, that depends.

790 on the intercom clears extension data. It may not set it back to "original settings".

RESET PHONE

the extension will have to be deleted and re-built in the phone system. What is the problem? Have you contacted your vendor? I suggest you call them for assistance.

If i have reset the total call duration then is there any other way of knowing total call duration in a LG phone? like in nokia it is *#92702689#please reply if anyone has any idea.

I understand you want to know how much time you spent on the phone though you have deleted the total call duration history, Is this correct?

You have not specified the LG model to which you want this answer. I want to help you based on my experience.

I have had several LG telephones and on those phones there are several timers, at the bottom of the list is one called LifeTime Calls. I don't think this can be reset except by hard reset. This number should include all calls into your handset as well as all calls originated by your handset.

I hope you can find this setting on your LG telephone.

thank you for posting your question at FixYa.com

My nokia n 73 is very slow, how will reset the phone

You can reset some of the settings to their original values. To do this, you need the lock code. To change settings, press , and select Tools > Settings.
Scroll to a setting group (Orig. phone settings) and press to open it. Make sure you understand that by doing this you'll delete some of the information you've already saved on your phone.

My uniden powermax 5.8 ghz set itself to Do Not Disturb.

The do not disturb feature (DND) allows you to mute the ringer, the base, and any registered handsets at the same time. The phone must be in standby mode. Press and hold do not disturb on the base. You will hear a confirmation tone, and the DND LED illuminates. To cancel the DND feature, press do not disturb again. You can also mute the ringer tone while the phone is ringing by pressing do not disturb on the base.
Activating the DND while the answering system is off will turn the answering system on automatically. The answering system setting will reset to the original setting when you cancel the DND.
If you press answer on/off when the DND and the answering system is on, both of the DND and the answering system will turn off.
To mute the ringer tone temporarily for each handset or the base, when the phone is ringing, press the MUTE soft key on the handset or the base. The ringer tone will return to the previous setting starting with the next incoming call.

Will not call out!!! 25204RE1

I just encountered this same problem on my phone. To resolve, you must hard reset the phone as follows: unplug power cord, unplug phone cord, remove all batteries. Leave disconnected in this state for at least 10 minutes. Now reconnect in following order: reinstalling batteries, reattach the phone cord followed by plugging in the power cord. This restores the phone to the original settings. You will lose items in memory, but the phone dial function should be restored. This was recommended by customer service and resolved my issue which sounds identical to yours. You can now proceed with resetting up your phone as desired.
