In programming, see if there is an IP address in the "time server IP" entry. If not, put one in, you could use the IP of the voicemail light server.

But this is rather difficult trying to figure whaic system you have, etc...

HOW DO YOU SET THE DATE AND TIME?

It should be in 'settings' on your cell phone menu. Search around your phone. It could also be in 'organizer'. On my old one, it was in 'organizer', and once I went there, there was a 'set date and time' button. Here is the answer from the Vtech website: "Make sure the answering system is on. Press [Time/Set]. The system will announce the current clock setting, then announce "to set date and time, Press Time/Set". Press [Time/Set]. Press [Change] until the system announces the correct day, then press [Time/Set]. Press [Change] until the system announces the correct hour, then press [Time/Set]. Press [Change] until lthe system announces the correct minutes, then press [Time/set]. The system announces the current clock setting. Note: You can press and hold [Change] to advance the mninutes in increments of ten. "

Change the time on phone system

1) press "Program", then * *, then 1234,
2) press "0 0 0",
3) press "speaker" two times,
4) change the time
5) press "store".
6) pick up the receiver to complete the change.

Do this change on the "lead" phone and it will reset all the others on your system. Not exactly an intuitive process to be sure!

How do you change the Time?

This is a phone system phone. The time is stored in the main control unit, not the telephone. You will need instructions for changing the time in your system and the phone's part number will not help you. Your phone system should start with the part number "KX-TGA" KX-TGA???? Here is a link to a site that has time change instructions: http://www.tel-programmer.com/Time%20setting/panasonic_time.htm
