You have to pass the steps mentioned in the roadblock. It appears when your facebook account is logged in from a suspicious or unusual place.

Roadblock is nothing to worry about and can easily be passed if the account you are trying to log-in is your own.

I'm not sure exactly what the problem is, but try to navigate to https://www.facebook.com. Often the secure site isn't blocked.

I get a message Unusual Login Activity - Please Review when try to log on to face book and it directed me to https://ssl.facebook.com/roadblock/ is it a true message from FB or a fack site?

That is a true message from facebook. When checking for any real website over a fake address, look for "https" in the beginning of the address. Make sure the "s" is connected with the "http". This ensures that you are entering a "secure" web address. Also make sure the name of the website is the same name of the company providing you a service.

Roadblock wants mobile phone number confirm,I dont have nor rquested mobile facebook, wont let me login

This is a massive problem across a few country's that Facebook has yet to acknowledge publicly. It's all over the forums. Somewhere starting in August users began to login and met this new roadblock denying them access if they do not supply a mobile number. Many users do not have a mobile number (it's not like it's required at signup) and now have no way of accessing their accounts. I'm one of them and it's been a week. What a travesty! FB is clearly too busy trying to extort us for our personal info and inflate their size (even it's made up of accounts like mine that I can't access) than to acknowledge and deal with such a massive problem.
