Can i make the display split-screen full again ?

dbdbf85.gifyou should see a symbol similar to this in your I-drive it moves the nav. screen to the side of the display.Usually if you press it, it will toggle between different displays. If you look into your owners manual there should be one book that is completely dedicated to the navigation system. good luck

Hybrid navigation/tv package nva9400f

I might be able to help you with this. The Addzest Navigation system you have is similar to the Clarion NAX9500E. I have some bits off an Addzest NVA9400F and I bought a second-hand Clarion NAX9500E sat nav system. I have pdf's of the Clarion system that would enable you to get yours running.
I was able to get my Addzest system running but it is all in Japanese and I don't think you can change the language unless you know more than me. I hit the reset button but still in Japanes.
That's why I got the Clarion system instead and salvaged some of the Addzest leads.
My email is dazliggett@yahoo.co.uk if you want me to email you the user and wiring intructions for the similar Clarion Navigation unit.
It is a pitty that I wasn't able to use the Addzest navigation system but hopefully I can still use the
7" monitor.

If you still have the Addzest equipment I was wondering if you would sell me the lead that connects the 7" monitor to the Navigation sytems as I wanted to use that it as a rear monitor.

Hope to hear from you on what you decide as I haven't had much luck finding a lead for my monitor as the Clarion one is the same size but different pin configeration

thanks

Update on SC430 Sat Nav and TV conversion

Hi,

Appreciate the direct "Ask Me".

Actually I made a follow just last night to robotek (Australia). Unfortunately nothing to report. You might be interested to view yourself the discussion and pls feel free to join the Lounge discussion here on a possible source of an Australian version of the SatNav/TV. Incidentally, roboteks email address is likewise posted there should you wish to send him additional information/request.

Cheers.

Screen off for protection

If you go to your local car audio shop, you can ask for a PAC TR-7. This module costs, around 39.00 and comes complete with full instructions on how to wire it in for an alpine bypass. It is also pre-programmed for alpine.
I use these, otherwise you have to use a complicated 2 switch system along with pushing on the brakes.

check the main brain plugs are plugged in behind the left hand side rear boots carpet panel your will see a couple of brain boxes there for your sat navs dvd and the main brain for the radio , there also known for getting corroded connections because the brains are in the boot .
