Ve 2512 printer can adjust machine to print 4x6photo. Print picture on 81/2 /11 only

What photo editing software program are you using? Photo dimensions are usually set in software. You can set what size paper you want in the printer setup section of the printer driver.

Underexposed images

I hope you received some help already by this time. However, just for other readers shake, your issues has to do with your camera's settings. There are two things that initially determine the quality of pictures and these are:
1. Exposure and
2.Shutter speed

I believe your pictures are dark because settings on your camera feature a combination of fast shutter-speed with a lower value of aperture. Try adjusting those or shoot with a pre-programmed mode under different lighting conditions.

Can a modern digital camera as webcam?

Some can, some can't. Some still cameras only shoot stills, not videos. Some cameras do only images, not sound. Some cameras only store images to memory, not stream them live to another device. Many cameras have sensors with ten or more megapixels, whereas a webcam doesn't even need one megapixel.
You're generally better off with a device designed as a webcam.

I have a nikon 995 and kept in the drawer for some time, but two weeks ago it can only take very dark images as if the photo were taken in the dark, even when taking them in bright sunlight.I suspect the...

Check the MODE. Dark images can be recorded when camera is in MANUAL and there is not enough light. Without changing anything. Move to BRIGHTER location and take another photo. if the photo is brighter you are in a manual mode.

I dropped my Powershot A 530, and since then i am not able to see any image on the screen, and when i shoot it regardless i get blank images on the memory card. The previous images that i had taken are...

Either a "cracked" logic-board, or loose wires from the video-screen, so that nothing (except "darkness") is being sent from the photo-sensors to the logic-board.

Copy all the pictures from the card onto your PC, and then buy a new camera -- this will be less-expensive than having a camera-repair professional trouble-shoot it.

Tv has died

When the TV is on, if you look at the screen and can see dark images, then you will need to replace both the inverters. The inverters drive/power the back light inside the LCD to show the images. You may have to try and different channels and or inputs to truly see if you can see dark images while the TV is on. If you are hearing audio from a channel or an input then you should be able to see the dark images if just the inverters are bad.
If the screen is dead black without any dark images, then typically your LCD screen/module is bad.
If the TV powers up (power supply is good), you have audio and the remote will work with the TV (the main board is good), the only parts left is the inverters or the LCD screen/module.
I can get you LG part numbers if you need them.

My action sampler doesnt work properly.. i have loaded the film and shoot correctly, i guess :d but the result is not in four panels, but just like an usual film cameras (in 1 panel only).. what's wrong?...

The problem is your lab, assuming you got prints, the lab printed them like normal, But look at your negatives, you will see the 4 panel images.

Best to print an Actionsampler photo from the internet or lomography website, just print a rough one on regular paper, 4x6inch, and take it to the lab to show them how the prints should be. They should re-print from your negatives for free because they made an error the first time. It may have been an automatic adjustment by the machine they use.

How to shoot in black and white?

This camera is not capable to shoot images in black and white as this is not a menu selectable feature of this camera. You can take the image in color and then download it to your computer and then using photo editing software change the image to black and white or monotone using the edit function in that photo editing program.
